The Technical Assistance Service (SAT) is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the electromedical equipment sold by Sapio Life.
If the contractual formula agreed with the customer provides for it, the SAT service is active 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and can be contacted by telephone through the toll-free number 800830005, which is always manned by an employee.
Outside technicians work directly on-site at patients’ homes and perform installation work, scheduled routine maintenance, on-call and emergency maintenance, and EM equipment pick-up.
In-house technicians work in the laboratory and perform tests, inspections, complex maintenance (ordinary and extraordinary), repairs, upgrades, and disinfection of equipment after the user has finished using it.
Sapio Life offers SAT employees a high-quality training program with technical content that is in line with product developments.
The acquisition of competencies is always verified with tests at the end of the courses.
The level of education, training and competence of the technicians is so high that they are able to obtain a maintenance permit for EM equipment from the EM equipment manufacturers.
The external technicians are equipped with a special APP that allows them to record all the operations performed (delivery, installation, maintenance, collection) in a special database and view the file on each device.
