Dyspraxia is a congenital or early acquired disorder which, while not altering motor development in its entirety, involves difficulties in managing the movements commonly used in daily activities (e.g. dressing, undressing, tying shoes) and in making expressive gestures ( which serve to communicate emotions, moods); Furthermore, the ability to perform both transitive gestures (which involve the use of an object, manual skills) and intransitive (not aimed at an object, content) is lacking.
